The 2019 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay has a bright floral aroma of jasmine, lilies and honeysuckle that envelope the nose. Accents of vanilla, cinnamon and lemon zest add high notes to the fruit aromas of pear, and baked apple. The fruit aromas of Asian pear and starfruit add complexity to the bouquet. On the palate the flavors of green apple and pineapple are brightened by citrus flavors of lemon and bitter orange. Hints of cantaloupe, peach and passion fruit add sweetness to the palate.
